Kkamdol, the dog, tells the neighbors’ minds during the four seasons
Two childhood friends, Maengmool and Kongjjang, prefer calling each other by nickname. They start to take a walk with Kkamdol, a puppy they met in their apartment complex.
While taking a walk every day, they become friends with an old lady who knows dogs well and ‘Geunyang’ who runs a small fashion store in front of a park. Maengmool and Kongjjang have hidden difficulties even if they look cheerful.
They share the warmth with neighbors, family, and friends.

Lee Sowan
Lee majored in German literature at university and has long worked as a children’s book editor. Her books include 《My Lost Winter Vacation》 and 《Maengmool Beside Kongjjang, Kongjjang Beside Kkamdol》.
Mo Yejin
Mo was selected as the Illustrator of the Year at the Bologna Children’s Book Fair for two consecutive years, 2015 and 2016. She wrote and illustrated 《It Sometimes Happens》 and 《Where To Go》, and illustrated 《Queen of Words》, 《Bakery of Time》, and so on.
